About the role

As an IT System and Application Support Specialist at NCODE, you will be at the forefront of delivering primary (1st Level) System and Application Support to our esteemed customers. This role demands an individual who can work independently and can swiftly switch between providing onsite support for troubleshooting, installation, and deployment tasks, and maintaining the daily operations of our company applications, systems, servers, and infrastructure. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with Project Managers and collaborate with various project teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary (1st Level) System and Application Support to our customers.

• Offer onsite support for troubleshooting, installation, and deployment when necessary.

• Oversee the daily maintenance of company applications, systems, servers, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers in UAT, testing, documentation, installation, and deployment tasks.

• Engage actively with project teams to promptly and professionally resolve issues.

• Work autonomously and exhibit the ability to take initiative in challenging situations.

About you

Qualifications

• A good degree or diploma in IT, Computing, or an equivalent field.

Experiences

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing IT Support.

• Knowledge in troubleshooting, configuring Microsoft Windows Servers, MS-SQL, IIS.

• Familiarity with implementing, configuring, and understanding Windows system level applications, services, and components that integrate system resources with software applications and databases.

Skills

• Proven ability in system and application support.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
