About the role

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software design and development efforts. With a rich experience of over 8 years, you will be expected to harness your technical expertise to lead our projects, ensuring robustness and efficiency in our applications. Your proficiency in technologies like ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL will be instrumental in translating functional requirements into technical designs and ensuring the applications are aligned with modern standards. In addition, your experience with Agile and GIT will be invaluable as we navigate the complexities of software development in today’s fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee software design and development activities for ASP.NET applications.

• Ensure our applications are robust and responsive, leveraging technologies like HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

• Engage in deep technical discussions, especially when MVC, REST API, JSON, XML, and Microservices are involved.

• Transform functional requirements into comprehensive technical designs.

• Write detailed Project Specifications and technical documents.

• Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing unit tests.

• Collaborate closely with the business teams to understand and translate their requirements.

• Employ Agile methodologies effectively and maintain code versioning using GIT.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experiences

• 8+ years of software design and development experience.

• Extensive experience in ASP.NET, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

• Proven track record with MVC, REST API, JSON, XML, and Microservices.

• Experience in MS SQL database.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodology and GIT.

• Angular experience will be considered an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong ability to write Project Specifications and technical documents.

• Proficient in writing unit tests.

• Excellent communication skills, both with business and technical team members.

• Ability to seamlessly transform functional requirements into technical designs.
